A Better Cancer Detox

B VITAMINS are extremely important and should be acquired by eating mostly green leafy vegetables in addition to other mixed-colored vegetables and fruits. Keep in mind that most fruits are too sweet and contain much sugar, so please try to stick to the vegetable sources (including the vegetable juices) except when eating a small amount of fruit alone and not with any other foods.
More than 50% of all people are deficient in at least one or more or vitamin B6, B12 and folate. Nearly 80% of all elderly people with chronic illness are deficient in these vitamins as well. These deficiencies are directly associated with DNA damage linked to cancer. Zinc is equally associated with this type of damage, and deficiencies lower the antioxidant defense. Zinc also lowers the cravings of sugar. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and magnesium are also important for the immune system, and for other bodily functions.
Homo cysteine levels in the body are highly associated with cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, birth defects, strokes, and Parkinson’s disease. Increased levels can be spotted by the appearance of very small little red dots on your body. As you age, these red dots increase. Excitotoxins such as aspartame and MSG or glutamates increase this effect of homo cysteine levels in your body. The less B6, B12, and folate, the higher the rate of homo cysteine in your body; therefore, add these vitamins to lower these risks.
Research shows that are cells generally malfunction with disease and age and then die. However, it also shows that mitochondria, which provide energy to each and every cell, have been restored and strengthened by vitamins, minerals, and nutrients such as thiamine, riboflavin, acetyl-L-carnithine, and alpha-lipoic acid. These last two combined can actually reverse brain aging.
